Multisell approached Hello Brands with a crystal-clear vision: to create a modern and bold brand identity and a website development they could manage independently over time. The website’s primary goal was to articulate the nuances of Multisell’s real estate brokerage business model and the advantages these offer prospective vendors to set them apart from traditional real estate agencies.
Our initial step involved a competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and branding trends in the real estate sector, identifying key differentiation opportunities. We then crafted and refined several brand design concepts based on client feedback and internal reviews. The final brand identity, characterised by bold, hand-tooled typography and a vibrant colour palette, emphasises reliability, energy, and innovation—traits central to Multisell’s ethos.
We designed presentation folders and a stationery suite to complement the new brand identity, ensuring consistency across all physical brand touchpoints. Additionally, we developed a custom WordPress website design that focuses on ease of management for the Multisell team and effectively communicates the benefits to their customers through its content and structure.
