Brightwater needed to evolve its brand identity to better reflect the aspirations of clients, employees, and stakeholders while responding to significant market changes in aged and disability care. The existing brand needed to fully capture the hopes and vitality of the people it served, necessitating a refreshed and more impactful visual identity.
The refreshed brand identity was designed to be vibrant, empathetic, and future-focused, resonating deeply with Brightwater’s audience. Our design process began with creating a new logo symbolising care, growth, and optimism. The visual language was developed to convey warmth and trust, with a modern colour palette that balanced professionalism with approachability.
Every organisational touchpoint was updated to reflect the new brand identity, from marketing collateral to building and vehicle signage, employer branding, and internal communications. This holistic approach ensured a consistent and engaging experience for all stakeholders.
The new brand identity received overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees, who embraced the renewed sense of energy and purpose. The result was a cohesive and uplifting visual representation of Brightwater’s mission, positioning the organisation as a trusted care and rehabilitation services leader.
